Family Matters Most

The hardest part of the trip was leaving my grandmother's house.

Family Matters Most

My trip began June 29, 2015.

We left at 5 in the morning.

It cost me much

to

leave

my mother.

She is most important in my life.

Immediately,

in a few hours

already we arrived in

Guatemala.

My daughter came with me.

Chiga.

She is my comfort.

*

Each instant my prayer to God

strengthens me

to continue

quickly.

And with all the sacrifice.

My

            faith

            sustains

            me.

*

Little by little

we arrive

Mexico.

Then the USA.

My travel was by bus and taxi.

*

Thanks to God

My baby did not have to suffer.

But all along the journey

I had

mental suffering

for my mother

for my dear grandmother.

*

My trip lasted 15 days.

Leaving my mother’s house was

the

most

difficult

part.

I never thought I would ever have to

leave

my

mother.

*

During the long trip

God demonstrated to me

family

            matters

            most.

I also learned over anything:

God

never

deserts

us.
